The System Room is a monthly membership where you finally build the systems, documentation, and delegation your business has been begging for, together, one month at a time.
Every business owner I’ve ever worked with has told me some version of the same story... always a little exasperated.
Your onboarding process exists only because you personally remember every step of it, in order, every time
New team members ask you the exact same questions with the exact same hopeful face, because writing the answer down felt like a someday problem you never got around to
That one dashboard that stopped reflecting reality months ago, and everyone’s developed a very sophisticated etiquette around politely looking past it
The sticky note that says “omg fix onboarding!!” that’s been migrating across your desk since three quarters ago, gathering coffee rings like a tiny yellow diary of your intentions
You built an offer people love. And you built it with grit and good instincts and a serious talent for making things work through sheer force of will.
Now comes the fun part: building the parts that let the business work while you get to step away from the center of it, on purpose, with a solid plan.
Entrepreneurs are some of the most resourceful people alive. Ask any of them to solve a client problem on the fly and they’ll have three solutions before lunch, one of them genuinely brilliant.
Ask them to sit down and document a process before a crisis forces them to, and suddenly reorganizing the office supply drawer becomes the most urgent, pressing priority in the entire business.
I built The System Room because someone has to make the unglamorous work happen, with actual deadlines, without letting it disappear into everything else you need to do.
Every month, you get a clear focus, templates pulled straight from my active client work, the company of other founders in the trenches right alongside you, and me, walking you through exactly what to build and why, in detail, like I’m truly excited about it (because I really do geek out on systems).

Every month has its own focus, based on what commonly comes up in different seasons of the business year. We’ll cover things like: what needs fixing first, the client experience, documentation, delegation, understanding the numbers, and getting ready for whatever growth throws at you next.
Every week:
Monday: a bite-sized lesson, 20-30 minutes, aimed exactly at wherever members are stuck that month, straight to the point every time
Tuesday: templates land in your lap like a small, extremely useful gift, pulled straight from active client work: SOPs, AirTable bases, hiring packets, dashboards, Loom walkthroughs, etc.
Wednesday: office hours. Show up with your beautiful mess, leave with an actionable plan and possibly a new business bestie
Thursday: implementation co-working, cameras optional, excellent company, and the kind of productive energy you didn’t know you were missing
Friday: the wins thread, where everyone shows up to brag a little about what they finally built, hired, or fixed and we get to celebrate you
Once a month, a member’s business gets the Systems Spotlight - my favorite kind of show and tell. I rebuild a piece of it live and talk through every single decision out loud, because watching someone think through a problem in real time teaches you more in twenty minutes than a polished write-up ever could in an hour.
Four times a year, Quarterly Planning Workshops give you 90 minutes to review where you've been and plan where you're headed next.
Anytime you’re stuck, the Operations Hotline gets you a Loom, a voice memo, or a written answer, searchable by the whole group forever, a little community brain trust that only gets smarter over time.
A year from now, you’ll have access to 48 lessons and amassed a resource library well past a hundred assets deep, all of it drawn from active client work, and useful enough you’ll reach things for again and again.
You have revenue coming in. You have momentum. And you have a business that counts on you being reachable every single day to keep it going, which is exactly what we’re here to change together.

$79/month for the first 10 founding members, locked in for as long as you stick around. Prices climb after that as the community and library grow, for everyone except you.
An annual membership saves 15%.
You’re probably already paying for tools that execute beautifully once you already know what to build:
• Project management software = $20-40
• CRM = $30-100
• Email marketing = up to $200
$79 gets you the part that comes first: knowing exactly what to build, and why, before you ever open the software.
20-30 minutes on Monday, BYOcoffee, entirely at your discretion. Everything after that scales beautifully with whatever your week can give it.
Those tools execute wonderfully once you already know exactly what to tell them, and that’s all they were ever built to do. Figuring out what belongs on the list in the first place is the part I help with, and it’s the part that’s been missing this whole time.
Come back whenever you’re ready. There’s no such thing as “falling behind” here. Everything’s exactly where you left it, waiting patiently.
Same terms as any subscription you already love and trust, because I’d rather earn your renewal than lock you into one. Access runs through the end of whatever billing period you’ve paid for.
